Complaints
Any Client can obtain a copy of the Client Complaint Internal Procedure for free upon his/her request to the Head of Compliance & MLRO of Blominvest Saudi Arabia (BSA). If the Client and BSA failed to amicably settle the complaint within a period of fifteen (15) working days, the Client has the right to submit his compliant to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) –Investors Complaints Department-, moreover the Client has the right to submit the complaint to the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes within a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of submitting the complaint to the CMA, unless the CMA has notified the Client of the acceptability of submitting the complaint prior to the expiration of the period.
